Keeps is an independent keepsake product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
PERSONAL USE
Use Keeps for personal, non-commercial keepsakes of temples you have visited. Do not use the app to harass others or to scrape or redistribute temple data at scale.
YOUR CONTENT
You retain rights to photos you add. You grant us permission to process photos you submit for collect features (including optional temple suggestion) solely to provide the app.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
- Some features require a paid subscription or lifetime unlock purchased through Apple.
- Your first collect may be free; additional collects may require a purchase, as shown in the app.
- Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.
DISCLAIMER
Keeps is provided “as is.” Temple matching, maps, and distances may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify sacred places and travel details yourself.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Keeps.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
